ONLINE ORDERING

HOW DO I BUY ONLINE?

Shopping online with Tuck Ah is a quick and easy process via the shopping basket. Browse through our Products page to search the item that you wish to purchase. Once you find an item, select the item and select the quantity of the item you would like to buy, and then simply click the “add to cart” and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to choose a shipping method, give us your billing and shipping information, and leave any additional information in the order comments box.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO BUY ON YOUR SITE?

Nope – you’re welcome to buy from us without creating an account. However, if you’re planning on buying from us again in the future, creating an account will allow you to save your details for future purchases, view and track your orders and more!

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

If you have registered an account with us, log into your account, select the “My Orders” tab and select the order which you wish to track.

MAY I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once the item is shipped you may not cancel or amend your order.
Be sure to check your order carefully before placing to ensure you have selected the correct product/s.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE THERE?

We accept cheque payment and direct bank transfer from most Singapore major banks. Please email us at sales@tackah.com for bank transfer details.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Is there a minimum spend to get free delivery?

Delivery is FREE for orders made $200 and above.

What are the shipping charges like?

Order below $200 : $2

Order above $200 : FREE

Self collection : FRES

Can i collect my order from your factory outlet/office?

Yes! There will be no additional delivery charge to you if you select this delivery option.

Do You Ship Oversea?

For deliveries outside of Singapore, please contact us at sales@tackah.com and we will do our best to help.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Estimated time of delivery varies product to product. An approximate delivery time would be notified to you via email once you place an order.

All deliveries are scheduled between Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturday from 8.30am to 12pm.

Can i change my shipping address after my order has been dipatched?

Once the item is dispatched you may not change your shipping address.
Be sure to check your shipping address carefully before placing order.

If you wish to change the address before the item is shipped, simply log into your account and select the Edit Shipping Address. If you are not registered user, please contact us at sales@tackah.com.

I AM EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

Once you order has been placed it will take between 1-2 days for delivery, please allow for this time frame (without panicking).

Should you be experiencing any problems with your order please feel free to contact us at sales@tackah.com. Our sales advisers will investigate the problem and refer back to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What Is Your Returns & Exchanges Policy?

Tuck Ah is dedicated to providing our customers with the best service and we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us in their original condition and package within 7 days of receipt.

 

Criteria to return an item:

  • All returns request must be sent to us within 7 days of item being delivered
  • The item is in a re-sellable condition
  • The item being returned qualifies for return
  • The item is in its original packaging, with labels attached

 

The Return Procedure:

Send your return request to sales@tackah.com within 7 days of the order being delivered.

To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you contact our Sales Support:

  • Your Order Number
  • SKU Number
  • Reason for requesting a return (Defective Item Exchange, Size Exchange, Unwanted or Unopened Item Return)

 

Once your return has been logged you will receive an email from us to arrange for the return.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Should an item be damaged or defective, please contact our Sales Support at sales@tackah.com immediately. We will investigate the problem and refer back to you as soon as possible

I received an incorrect item, what should i do?

Should an item be incorrect, please contact our Sales Support at sales@tackah.com and we will gladly rectify your order as soon as possible.
